Paula L. Hooper, Esq. has been named Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at St. Clair. Ms. Hooper joined St. Clair from Butler Health System, where she served as Vice President and Chief Legal Officer. Prior to that, she held a number of progressively responsible positions (including Senior Counsel for Litigation) in the law department at West Penn Allegheny Health System. Ms. Hooper earned her bachelor’s degree and her Juris Doctor degree, both with honors, from Duquesne University.
