Ellen Herbst has been appointed executive vice president for finance and administration at the University of Delaware. A UD alumna, she brings more than 40 years of leadership experience and most recently served as senior vice chancellor for administration and finance at the University System of Maryland, overseeing a broad portfolio spanning finance, operations, and strategic planning.
