Thomas J. Gough, MHA, has been appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Baptist Health.
A seasoned healthcare executive with nearly four decades of leadership experience, Gough joined the organization from WakeMed Health and Hospital System, where he served as EVP and COO and helped lead significant growth, operational transformation, and quality improvements.
In his current role, he will oversee systemwide operations, partnering with President and CEO Matthew A. Zuino to advance operational excellence, enhance patient experience, strengthen quality and safety, and support Baptist Health’s continued growth and service to communities across Northeast Florida.
