She has more than 20 years of experience in building and maintaining client relationships, and more than 10 years of work in recruiting. Stacy supports a range of executive recruitments for WittKieffer, giving special attention to creating a broad, diverse pool of candidates for given roles. She believes that trusting relationships with clients and candidates are essential to a successful leadership search.
Prior to joining WittKieffer, Stacy was an executive recruiter with Wellstar Health System of Marietta, Georgia. As an in-house search expert, she managed the full cycle recruitment of clinical and non-clinical executive staff. Her expertise crossed a variety of disciplines including service line leaders, IT, pharmacy, finance, revenue cycle and operations. She was also a physician and advanced practitioner recruiter specializing in primary care, urgent care, GME/academic medicine and surgery. At Wellstar, Stacy was the recipient of numerous awards from Lean Human Capital in areas of communication and customer service.
In her spare time, she enjoys running, tennis and spending time with her family.
