Roberts brings extensive experience in health care leadership, most recently serving as president of the Beth Israel Lahey Health Performance Network and previously holding senior leadership roles at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, where she led significant growth and strategic integration efforts.
She joins Blue Cross VT with a commitment to improving health care affordability, access, and quality for Vermonters while advancing the organization’s mission to transform the state’s health care system through collaboration and innovation.
