Allina Health has announced Dominica Tallarico, B.S., M.S., FACHE as the health system’s new Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer. In her role, Tallarico serves as the senior executive responsible for implementing Allina Health’s strategic plans into daily operations to meet the organization’s objectives. Tallarico’s leadership will build upon Allina Health’s strong operations foundation aimed at accelerating the integration of innovative care models.

Tallarico has served Advocate Health for the past 18 years, serving most recently as the executive vice president of the Illinois Market for the newly formed Advocate Health (previously Advocate Aurora Health). Tallarico was the executive leader responsible for acute and ambulatory strategy and operations in Illinois representing nine hospitals, a children’s hospital, 400 ambulatory sites of care and medical group clinics, 6300 physicians of which nearly 1800 are employed, and $7B in revenues.
