Buffalo State College President Katherine Conway-Turner announced that she has appointed Randyll Bowen as the college’s new vice president for enrollment management. Bowen previously served as the vice president for enrollment management at Hilbert College in Hamburg, New York.
“Dr. Bowen brings more than 27 years of progressively responsible higher education experience to the position, including a distinctive range of enrollment management leadership roles at two- and four-year institutions in the Western New York region,” Conway-Turner said. “I believe his unique experience, collaborative style, and innovative strategies will mesh well with our talented teams in Admissions, Financial Aid, Marketing and Communications, and Registrar’s Office.”
