REHAB Hospital of the Pacific (REHAB) announced that Stephanie Nadolny has been hired as its new CEO. Nadolny comes to REHAB from Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Cape Cod in Massachusetts where she was the vice president of hospital operations and vice president of clinical ancillary services for the Spaulding Rehabilitation Network. She has more than 25 years of experience in hospital management and has had operational responsibility for a 60-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility with five outpatient satellites and a physicians’ practice.
“REHAB plays an important role as Hawaii’s only comprehensive medical rehabilitation hospital offering high-quality inpatient and outpatient care to patients and their families. It’s an honor to join this incredible team and I look forward to working with hospital leadership, staff, board members and our greater community in rebuilding lives together,” Nadolny said.
Nadolny is a member of the American Medical Rehabilitation Providers Association, American College of Healthcare Executives and also served on the Board of Directors for Leadership Cape Cod. She is a graduate of University of New Hampshire with a B.S. in therapeutic recreation and a Master of Healthcare Administration from University of New Hampshire.
