Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Vermont appointed Beth-Ann Roberts, MBA, as its next President and CEO.

Roberts served as President of Beth Israel Lahey Health Performance Network, where she lead a clinically integrated network focused on population health and value-based care. She previously served as President of Commercial Business at Point32Health, overseeing operations for Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and Tufts Health Plan. Her career includes more than 20 years at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, where she led expansion efforts and strategic partnerships.

She holds an MBA from Boston University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Southern New Hampshire University. Roberts is a Certified Health Insurance Executive and has served on numerous nonprofit and community boards.
