My Possibilities, a nonprofit focused on providing adults with cognitive disabilities the chance to continue their education, announced Tod Marvin as Chief Executive Officer. “We are delighted to welcome Tod as an integral figure in My Possibilities’ upcoming chapter,” said Chief Program Officer Shelley Crowder. “As My Possibilities embarks on its journey forward, reaching for higher heights, Tod emerges as the ideal choice to lead us into this exciting new phase.”
Marvin joins My Possibilities with a wealth of experience in the nonprofit sector, specifically in disabilities-oriented organizations. Before taking on his new role, since 2012 he was the president of Easterseals Lonestar, an organization that serves nearly 12,000 people with disabilities as well as their family members and caregivers. Previously he occupied leadership positions at the American Heart Association and the American Red Cross.
“I couldn’t be more excited to dive into this new chapter with My Possibilities HIPsters, parents, donors, staff and volunteers,” said Marvin. “My Possibilities is a national model for driving tangible impact for people with disabilities. It is both an honor and a privilege to have the opportunity to continue growing the impact of this incredible organization in this community and beyond.”
