Ideal for groups of 4-7, Mini-LAB builds on the Physician Accelerator with regular small group (Learning Circle) meetings for peer support and facilitated discussion, with a half day skill-building workshop.

Throughout the program, the WittKieffer team follows up with the Physician Leader and the organizational sponsor to ensure alignment on strategic priorities and the executive’s leadership development plan.
