Small Group Coaching
The Mini-LAB experience equips clinicians with the tools and confidence needed to lead effectively, manage teams, and improve patient care outcomes, a crucial component of their professional development journey.
Ideal for groups of 4-7, Mini-LAB builds on the Physician Accelerator with regular small group (Learning Circle) meetings for peer support and facilitated discussion, with a half day skill-building workshop.
LAB Elements
The Leadership LAB is fully customizable, allowing executive sponsors and WittKieffer consultants to co-design a comprehensive program that meets the needs of your unique context and needs. Most engagements include the following:
- ASSESSMENT: WittKieffer’s insight assesment deepens participants’ understanding of leadership strengths and opportunities, focused on healthcare.
- COACHING: The Leadership Lab offers multidisciplinary sessions, including a physician mentor.
- DOCTRINE FORUMS: In-person workshops held at the client’s location with a design informed by the cohort’s unique context.
- LEADERSHIP CIRCLES: Virtual peer groups synthesize and embed learnings.
Throughout the program, the WittKieffer team follows up with the Physician Leader and the organizational sponsor to ensure alignment on strategic priorities and the executive’s leadership development plan. Upon the conclusion of the program, the Physician Leader, organizational sponsor, and WittKieffer team connect on the progress the Physician Leader made throughout the program and how they can sustain success.
