Tailored Development for Every Leadership Level
The Physician Leadership Institute offers three flexible, modular programs to meet the unique needs of hospitals and health systems:
Physician Accelerator – A personalized growth experience that pairs physicians with a leadership mentor and executive coach, beginning with a comprehensive leadership assessment. (Ideal for 1-3 leaders.)
Physician Mini-LAB – Builds on the Accelerator program with small group Learning Circles for peer support and facilitated discussion, plus an optional skill-building workshop. (Ideal for 3-7 leaders.)
Leadership LAB – A comprehensive, interactive leadership development suite combining workshops, Learning Circles, and Accelerator coaching. Physicians gain real-world leadership experience in a laboratory-like setting where they experiment, receive feedback, and refine critical leadership skills. (Ideal for 8-20 leaders.)
