Michael Anderson, M.D., co-Executive Director of WittKieffer’s Physician Leadership Institute, will lead a session on “Growing and Thriving in the CMO Role: Insights and Strategies.” This two-hour session offers an exploration of the evolving CMO role and the competencies required to succeed in it today. It will explore “leadership lenses” CMOs can employ as well as career strategies and opportunities for future career steps.
