Bringing more than 28 years of experience in higher education, Nolde will help community college presidents, chancellors, cabinet leaders, and search committees recruit transformational leaders while also advising institutions on leadership strategy, succession planning, and leveraging interim leaders.
Over a distinguished career, Nolde has partnered with higher education institutions of all types, including community colleges, public and private universities, faith-based institutions, and colleges serving diverse geographic and demographic communities. She has supported hundreds of executive searches spanning presidential, cabinet-level, dean, director, and other leadership positions. Known for her consultative approach and deep understanding of institutional culture, she is widely respected for helping boards, presidents, and search committees identify leaders who can strengthen student outcomes, workforce partnerships, enrollment strategy, and long-term institutional sustainability.
