Melaney Mooradian, a senior associate in WittKieffer’s Healthcare Practice, strengthens each search with her agility and a passion for curating groups of high-performance leaders according to each client’s unique needs and specific leadership criteria.

Melaney joined the firm in 2012 and has a comprehensive understanding of the executive search process. She helps identify senior-level executives, including CEOs, COOs, CFOs, CMOs, and others for hospitals, health systems, physician group practices, and other healthcare organizations. Melaney is based in the Burlington, MA office.

Prior to joining WittKieffer, Melaney worked for Omnicare Pharmaceuticals, a Massachusetts-based provider of pharmacy and related services to elder care and other specialized healthcare settings. In this role, she coordinated communication and activities for pharmacies in New England and conducted various projects related to compliance, HR, sales, and operations.
