WittKieffer is very proud to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month from September 15 to October 15. The month is a unique opportunity to acknowledge Hispanic communities, leaders across the industries we serve, and our own employees of Hispanic heritage.
One of the ways in which we will recognize the importance of this month is by sponsoring and participating in the 2021 Annual Leadership Summit of NALHE, the National Association of Latino Healthcare Executives. The event will be September 22 and 23 in Denver, Colorado. Activities throughout the two days include educational sessions, resume reviews, mock interviews and networking. WittKieffer Managing Partner Donna Padilla will moderate a session on “The Path to Pay Equity,” while Senior Partner Michelle Johnson will serve as a panelist for “Beyond the Trek: Visioning for the Next Generation of Latino and Latina Healthcare Leaders.” Our participation in this event is part of a working partnership which we have forged with NALHE to share resources and ideas throughout the year, and to further the organization’s goal of supporting LatinX healthcare executives working to deliver and improve healthcare in diverse communities.
This month provides an opportunity to acknowledge our own employees of Hispanic heritage. We encourage you to read some of their stories about what it means to identify as Hispanic.
Join us in recognizing this special month and the many contributions that individuals of Hispanic heritage are making to our society.
