WittKieffer continues to expand its capabilities in order to serve clients in higher education better as our business continues to grow. We are pleased to have welcomed the following new consultants in the past six months.
Associate Luis Bertot is known for his open, honest communication with clients in order to match them with dynamic, diverse executives who align with their strategic needs and objectives. Prior to joining WittKieffer, Luis owned his own human resources consulting firm, offering a full spectrum of HR, talent and recruiting services and expertise.
Jenna Brumleve brings to her role as associate in WittKieffer’s Education Practice a keen understanding of what makes leadership candidates unique and special, and how those individuals align with a client’s strategic needs. As an educator herself, Jenna is communicative and collaborative in dealing with candidates and clients.
Consultant Darrien Davenport excels at building relationships with dynamic leaders across academia, especially those from traditionally underrepresented groups. Most recently, Darrien served in several key positions at Gettysburg College in Pennsylvania, including as interim chief diversity officer.
Cathryn Davis, a new associate, brings more than 10 years of progressive program development and management experience within higher education. Prior to joining WittKieffer, Cathryn was associate director, business & technology community, in the career center for the University of Virginia.
Meredith Davis, Ph.D. is a dynamic, creative, client-focused consultant with more than 20 years of leadership success in higher education. She is a relationship builder, whether with clients, candidates or leaders across academia. In her most recent role, Meredith was associate vice president for student engagement at Syracuse University.
With more than a decade of experience in admissions leadership within higher education, Kimberly Migoya brings to her role as associate a keen appreciation for the nuances of academia. Kimberly came from a role as director of graduate business admissions and recruitment for the University of Miami in Miami, Florida.
Associate Randi Miller supports clients in identifying diverse candidates who are change agents for key administrative roles on campus. She believes in developing trusting relationships with both candidates and clients. Randi was the associate director for regional enrollment in the Mid-Atlantic at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
