He has more than a decade of in-depth experience advising clients in healthcare technology and services, with a concentration in private equity and venture capital ecosystems. Charlie has completed more than 150 C-suite recruitments for growth-stage VC/PE-backed businesses, with areas of specialization including CEOs/presidents, operations, finance, marketing, HR/talent, and clinical leadership. He brings a consultative, intellectually curious and highly collaborative approach to his work, building close relationships with his client partners and candidates alike.
Prior to joining WittKieffer, Charlie was a key member of the leadership team at another respected healthcare-focused executive search firm, responsible for cultivating and managing critical investor and CEO relationships. In addition to his nationally-focused work, he also co-founded and led the firm’s Seattle office. In this capacity, he built the team to 12 members while establishing relationships with the investor, entrepreneurial, and institutional healthcare communities across the Pacific Northwest. Before that, he was a Senior Associate for a boutique retained search firm, responsible for all aspects of the executive search process for publicly traded and investor-backed companies.
In his personal time, Charlie enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children, running (slowly), and learning to become a better cook.
