With over a decade of consulting experience, Alok specializes in CEO leadership assessments, executive coaching, and high-performance team development. He has worked with diverse clients, including those in healthcare, academia, life sciences, and private equity-backed companies. As a former corporate leader, Alok has continuously learned the nuances of inspiring others while achieving exceptional business results. Regardless of whom he is working with, Alok’s approach to consulting is client-centered. He believes no single methodology fits all and takes a unique approach to learning as much as possible about the organization’s business, strategy, and values.
Alok’s representative client impact includes:
- Supported a national executive team in aligning to common leadership principles, developing open communication, and fostering trust amid ambiguity. The team developed its own charter, resulting in greater camaraderie, decreased tension, increased work enjoyment, and surpassed fiscal year goals.

Prior to joining WittKieffer, Alok served as a Principal and Senior Consultant with several leading leadership development and management consulting firms. He also owned an independent coaching practice. Throughout his career, he has worked with organizations of all sizes, from Fortune 100 companies and large universities to private equity-backed mid-market businesses. Early in his career, Alok worked as a corporate manager in healthcare responsible for high-profile organizational initiatives, the financial outcomes of large P&L statements, and the management of large teams (e.g., 12 supervisors with 100 direct reports).
Alok is a licensed psychologist and is certified in various leadership assessment and development methodologies. In his personal time, he enjoys spending time with his family, visiting U.S. presidential museums, and perfecting his barista skills.
