The Chief Financial Officer will be a strategic enterprise leader who brings a forward-thinking approach to financial management and growth across Deaconess. This executive will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO and senior leadership team, ensuring that financial strategies enable system expansion, innovation, and long-term sustainability. The CFO will be an engaging, visible leader who fosters collaboration across finance, operations, and clinical teams while building a high-performing finance organization. This leader will continue to modernize financial operations through advanced technologies, analytics, and process improvements to support rapid decision-making and future growth initiatives.
