Jackson Health System seeks an accomplished executive to serve as Vice President of Employee/Labor Relations and Workforce Compliance during an important period of continued organizational growth, workforce transformation, and operational excellence. Reporting to the EVP & Chief Human Resources Officer, the Vice President will provide strategic direction, oversight, and execution of Jackson Health System’s employee relations, labor relations, and workforce compliance functions.
The Vice President serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and operational leaders on complex labor management matters, workforce risk, and regulatory compliance. The role leads systemwide strategies across a highly unionized, matrixed, and regulated healthcare environment with a workforce exceeding 15,000 employees.
The ideal candidate will bring a demonstrated ability to navigate sophisticated labor environments, build credibility with diverse stakeholder groups, develop high-performing teams, and drive organizational change while preserving Jackson Health System's longstanding commitment to compassion, accountability, respect, and expertise.
