Billings Clinic – Logan Health (BC-LH) seeks an experienced information technology executive to serve as its inaugural Deputy Chief Information Officer (Deputy CIO). Billings Clinic-Logan Health (BC-LH) is Montana's largest independent, not-for-profit health system, serving communities across Montana, northern Wyoming, and the western Dakotas. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), the Deputy CIO will serve as the CIO's chief operational partner, overseeing the day-to-day delivery, performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of enterprise IT services across the health system. Responsible for translating IT strategy into operational execution, this leader will ensure clinical, business, infrastructure, and enterprise technology platforms operate effectively, safely, and at scale. The role will drive service excellence, operational performance, and program execution. As a trusted and visible leader, the Deputy CIO will collaborate closely with clinical, operational, financial, and executive stakeholders to ensure technology supports high-quality patient care, business effectiveness, and organizational success.
