Cedars-Sinai Health System is seeking a collaborative, results-oriented leader to serve as its Vice President, Peri-Procedural Services. The VP will work closely with administrative leadership and clinical care teams to ensure strong alignment across departments and service lines. This position offers the opportunity to leverage data, emerging technologies, and process improvement methodologies to optimize performance, improve efficiency, and elevate the quality and consistency of care delivery across all perioperative and procedural settings. Specific opportunities for operational efficiencies include block-scheduling optimization, case-flow redesign, and resource utilization to increase access, reduce variability, and improve throughput across the surgical platform.
The VP will also play a key role in strengthening Cedars-Sinai’s reputation for clinical excellence by advancing initiatives that enhance patient safety, experience, and outcomes, while supporting the organization’s academic and research missions. This leader will be responsible for developing and mentoring high-performing teams, building on an already strong foundation to further engage staff and cultivate future leaders. The base salary range established for this position is $325,000 to $400,000. Actual salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors. Cedars-Sinai offers a competitive executive compensation program, which also includes incentive compensation, deferred compensation, and other executive-level benefits.
