MultiCare Yakima Memorial Hospital seeks a strategic, visible and collaborative executive to serve as its next Market Leader Yakima Region and President of Yakima Memorial Hospital (Market Leader/President). This leader will be responsible for advancing the organization’s culture, performance, and impact across the Yakima Valley while further integrating the hospital’s mission with the broader goals of MultiCare Health System. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Chief Executive, East Cascade Region, Networks & Operations Support, the Market Leader/President has responsibility for maximizing the value of a broader system while meeting the needs of the local region. The Market Leader/President will lead a cornerstone health care organization in Central Washington's Yakima Valley, home to a 238-bed hospital (Level III Trauma Center), 20 clinics, over 190 employed providers, and a broad range of specialty and tertiary services serving the Yakima Valley and surrounding region. With over $770 million in net revenue, MultiCare Yakima has grown to hold over 65% market quickly over the past 3 years. MultiCare Yakima Memorial Hospital has long, rich history of service. The Market Leader/President will be leading operations and local strategy for an organization with over 75 years of operation as it continues to play an ever more vital role in advancing access, quality, and innovation across the market.

MultiCare offers a competitive benefits package, including medical and dental benefits as well as paid time off, various insurance coverages, and retirement plans for this position. Base salary is commensurate with experience and ranges from $486,000 to $565,834 annually for this role.
