LifeBridge Health (LBH) seeks a dynamic, strategic and accomplished enterprise physician leader to serve as its next Chief Physician Executive. This is an outstanding opportunity for an engaging, innovative, and contemporary physician executive to provide enterprise-wide strategy and program development to impact care delivery across entire populations and communities in an expanding healthcare system.
As the senior physician executive at LBH, the CPE will oversee the advancement of clinical care excellence across the system of hospitals, employed, and affiliated physician enterprises to deliver high value, patient centered quality care. In alignment with LifeBridge Health's Care Bravely approach, the CPE is responsible for advancing a culture of compassion and innovation. This role spans the enterprise to drive performance across physician engagement, patient experience, care coordination across the continuum, and value-based care delivery while fostering positive partnership between physicians and leadership.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer of LBH, the successful candidate will possess exceptional relationship and team building skills and bring an innovative systems approach to problem solving and consensus building while advancing process improvement initiatives to deliver outcomes. The CPE will be a systems thinker who can effectively communicate a vision, build relationships and establish trust and credibility across a complex organization.

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $520,000-$720,000 annually, commensurate with the successful candidate’s experience. Final determination of a successful candidate’s starting pay will vary based on several factors, including, but not limited to, credentials and experience within the industry.
