Reporting directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer, Maulik Joshi, the CPCO will have full operational and strategic responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day aspects of human resources. They will establish the framework and strategies for the development and implementation of human resources services throughout Meritus. As a member of the executive management team, the CPCO will also contribute to the development of the system’s overall goals and strategic directions.
The successful leader will assess, develop, and deploy human resources strategies and practices that focus on excelling employee engagement, talent acquisition, technology enhancement, organizational development, succession planning, and the continued integration of human resources across the organization. The CPCO will serve as a strategic and operational leader for Meritus, further aligning the organization's human capital with broader system goals.
This role requires an engaging, innovative, responsive, and forward-thinking leader who is focused on advancing a performance and metrics-driven approach to human resources. A minimum of ten years' human resources leadership experience in healthcare is required. An ideal candidate will have an advanced degree in human resources, business, healthcare administration or other related fields, and will have past experience leading a high performing HR team at a senior level.
The base salary range for this position is $300,000 to $400,000. In addition, this executive will be eligible for an annual incentive bonus, retirement, and additional benefits. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, and budget.
