At an important inflection point with a new CEO and optimism across the organization, the President, Clinic Enterprise will serve as a unifying presence—bringing exceptional communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to foster trust and alignment among physicians, advanced practice providers, clinic teams, and administrative partners. The successful leader will be visible and approachable, capable of leading crucial conversations with clarity and respect, and committed to strengthening a culture of support while driving accountability.
Working in close partnership with system leadership, the President will advance enterprise priorities, including clinic integration and standardization, transparent performance reporting, provider engagement and retention, staffing model optimization, and technology adoption. As a trusted liaison, the President will align stakeholders around a shared direction for the clinical enterprise and translate strategy into measurable results.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven understanding of medical group structure to enhance operational efficiency, cultivate a positive organizational culture, and foster strong physician relationships. An M.D. or D.O. degree is required, along with completion of a postgraduate medical education in a residency program approved by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education. An additional advanced degree in healthcare or a business-related field is preferred.
