A psychologist by training, Virginie has more than two decades of experience as a trusted talent advisor to companies and organizations across the Healthcare/Life Sciences landscape, significantly contributing to their growth and development. Virginie’s work is grounded in strong values and ethics and a commitment to open collaboration with clients to identify leaders that meet their strategic needs.
Virginie holds a post-graduate diploma in Clinical Psychology and began her career as a neuropsychologist in Paris. Subsequently, she served as Human Resources Manager in charge of recruitment within a major French pharmaceutical company. For the past 25 years, she has advised clients on the recruitment of a wide range of corporate positions – from HR to general management, including CEO and other C-suite roles across functions including Finance, R&D, Business Development, Marketing, Sales, Market Access, and Regulatory. In 2003, Virginie founded L2S, a leading French executive search firm in healthcare, which she expanded significantly before selling. After the firm was acquired by a major international executive search firm, she led its Life Sciences Practice in Europe. In 2010, she established L3S Partnership to become a key player in the French healthcare and life sciences executive search market.
Virginie is active professionally outside her recruiting work. She serves as a board member for La Fondation Fondamental, a mental health organization, and MedinCell, a firm dedicated to global health innovation.
