Trey Wilson brings a passion for healthcare and innovative leadership to WittKieffer’s Healthcare Practice. Since joining the firm in 2017, he has completed over 100 executive searches, including more than 25 focused specifically on health system CFOs and finance leadership. His work also spans nonprofit CEO, COO, CNO, and CHRO placements.
Clients look to Trey for in-depth market insight, dedication to both client and candidate success, and his ability to align leadership talent with organizational culture and mission. As a Consultant, he supports all phases of recruitments on behalf of hospitals, health systems, physician group practices, and other healthcare organizations. He maintains a robust network of executives across healthcare disciplines and geographies and supports the advancement of healthcare leadership through membership in the National Association of Health Services Executives (NAHSE) and engagement with the National Association of Latino Healthcare Executives (NALHE) and American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
Trey began at WittKieffer in an internship, contributing research into key reports including the firm’s comprehensive exploration of millennial healthcare leadership. He then started full-time as a Research Associate before joining the consulting ranks. Prior to WittKieffer, Trey worked with GO Partners Healthcare Solutions in Jefferson City, Missouri, where he supported revenue cycle operations and EMR-based projects for physician practices across the country. He also served as a teaching assistant at the University of Missouri.
A proud supporter of the University of Missouri and Houston sports teams, Trey regularly attends football games and other live events. He enjoys spending time with family and a good Texas barbecue.
