As WittKieffer’s Chief Financial Officer, Todd Simpson leads the company’s financial planning, strategy, and oversight, helping the firm to predict financial opportunities and assess market and operational risks. Todd brings 20 years of finance experience in the staffing and executive search industries. He is known as a strong, ethical, collaborative executive who succeeds by driving operational improvement and bottom-line results.

Prior to joining WittKieffer, Todd served as CFO of Advantis Medical Staffing, where he enhanced forecasting, budgeting, and valuation processes, improved billing and collections, and led financial modeling and pricing. As CFO and COO of Management Recruiters International (MRI), he helped to re-establish the firm to profitability and long-term stability, with oversight of global accounting and finance, operations, IT and HR. As Vice President of Finance / Divisional CFO at CDI Corporation, Todd oversaw continued revenue growth and the successful integration of business units.

Todd lives in Richardson, Texas, and loves spending time with his wife, busy teenage daughter and extended family. Todd enjoys playing tennis and is active in his church and local community.
