As Chief Information Officer, Shazia Mian is responsible for developing and leading the firm’s overall technology vision and roadmap, including improving operational excellence, design, development and maintenance of all business technology solutions. With over 20 years, Shazia brings to WittKieffer global information technology leadership and consulting experience across a range of industries including financial services, healthcare analytics and executive search. Across various roles she has led information technology strategy, project management, solutions and systems management, application development, and vendor and budget management. She is highly user-centric and engaged, working closely with her colleagues to identify needs and opportunities and to create technology solutions that enhance both client service and user experiences. She builds upon WittKieffer’s legacy of growth, client service excellence, and personal and professional development for all team members.

Prior to joining WittKieffer, Shazia was Senior Vice President, IT Strategy & Management, for healthcare company Press Ganey where she led the technology and product teams in delivering client-facing digital solutions while overseeing the Office of CIO function as the right-hand to the CIO. Before that, Shazia was the Global Director of Applications for one of the executive search industry’s largest firms where she modernized the entire technology landscape with innovative solutions. Earlier in her career, she held key roles with Strategic Technology Architects, JP Morgan Chase & Co., Ameritech Cellular/Verizon Wireless, and the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).

Shazia is a frequent speaker at technology-related events. She also believes in giving back to the community and is a volunteer with a technology-based workforce development nonprofit organization.
