Roxana has experience in all phases of executive recruitment and is committed to the highest levels of client service while devoting a great deal of attention to all candidates throughout the search process. By taking a holistic approach to cultivating strong and diverse candidate pools, she inherently keeps her clients’ best interests at the forefront of the relationship. Since joining the firm in 2022, she has supported searches ranging from Directors, Deans, and Provosts to COOs, CHROs, and CEOs.
Roxana brings a wealth of experience in higher education as well as international affairs to her role. Most recently, she was Director of Graduate Admissions for the Graduate School of Arts & Sciences and the School of Engineering at Tufts University. In this position, she was responsible for managing the marketing, recruitment, admissions, and enrollment for students within more than 75 master’s, doctoral, and certificate programs in 30 departments. She also held other key admissions-related roles at Tufts and served on many strategic planning and DEI committees. At the same institution, she spent two years as an Information Technology Business Analyst on the student services technology team, and five years as an admissions counselor at The Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy, the first graduate-level school of international affairs in the country.
Earlier in her career, Roxana held a position as a Client Service Specialist with The Centech Group, a contractor of the U.S. State Department Refugee Processing Center. As a college student, she had summer internships with the American embassies in Bahrain and Cyprus and was raised in six different countries outside the U.S. as the child of a (now retired) U.S. Foreign Service Officer.
