As Managing Director in WittKieffer’s Interim Leadership solution, Natasha Bunten Cashen supports client organizations in building impactful leadership teams for Investor-backed Healthcare and Private Equity firms.
As a former PE-backed operator, Natasha has expertise in building high-performing teams and understanding client needs. In her 11 years at Cardinal Health, she led teams through significant growth, including going from a founder-led company through two PE transactions via CD&R and Goldman Sachs, and a strategic exit becoming a Fortune 15 company.
Natasha leverages her extensive commercial and operations experience in healthcare sectors such as multisite specialty care, home health, payors, health-tech, and medical supplies to support her clients. She advises PE-backed healthcare companies on leadership and strategic needs. With more than 15 years of experience spanning private equity, commercial leadership, and value creation, Natasha brings deep industry knowledge and operational insight into leadership strategies.
Prior to joining WittKieffer, Natasha was a Senior Director with a specialized project staffing and executive search firm, leading CEO, COO, M&A, finance, and go-to-market (GTM) executive interim and full-time placements. She also served as VP of Sales & Marketing and built and led sales and marketing teams for Centrae, a technology provider for PE companies, and Apex Leaders, an advisory firm for PE firms. Additionally, she founded Pack Leader Way, a professional development network for private equity executives.
Outside of work, Natasha enjoys skiing on black diamond runs and traveling. Based in Boise, Idaho, Natasha enjoys the outdoors of the Pacific Northwest with her family.
