Prior to joining WittKieffer, Laurence served as Managing Associate at L3S Partnership and later Chaberton Partners, where she specialized in executive search within the life sciences and cosmetics sectors. Her responsibilities included leading search processes, developing sourcing strategies, conducting interviews, and preparing detailed client reports. She also played a key role in maintaining long-term relationships with clients and candidates, contributing to repeat business and strategic growth.
Earlier in her career, Laurence held roles in management consulting and IT services, including as Business Manager at OTC Conseil (now One Point) and Commercial Assistant at Team Partners Group. In these positions, she gained valuable experience in contract negotiation, tender coordination, and client engagement, further honing her skills in project management and operational excellence.
In her personal time, Laurence enjoys both adventure and quiet moments, and finds inspiration in spending time with loved ones, fostering empathy, adaptability, and a strong sense of connection with clients and colleagues alike.
