Kelly is a leadership assessment specialist and coach who brings experience working with C-suite executives across industries. A large portion of Kelly’s work today includes partnering with private equity firms to assist in talent assessment and development of leaders in portfolio companies. She does this in mind with the PE firm’s goals for the organization, ensuring to align assessments and developmental actions to the enterprise’s needs.
As a coach, she looks for ways to build on an individual’s strengths while simultaneously mitigating their risks, helping them see and create their own story through fresh eyes. Together, Kelly works with leaders to craft actionable development plans focused on implementing new habits that will get them to where they want to go
Kelly holds a bachelor’s degree in both psychology and English from Villanova University and a Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology from Purdue University. She is also certified in multiple tools designed to provide workplace insights, including Hogan Assessments and MRG. Her research has been featured in the Journal of Applied Psychology, International Journal of Selection and Assessment, and Personality and Individual Differences, among other peer-reviewed journals.
