Based in St. Louis, Jennifer’s clients include large integrated health systems, academic medicine institutions, children’s hospitals, rural critical access hospitals, medical groups, clinically integrated networks, accountable care organizations, and managed care organizations. With experience in all phases of executive recruiting, she takes pride in building client and candidate relationships that are based on trust, transparency, and clear communication. By taking a holistic approach to cultivating strong and diverse candidate pools, she inherently keeps her clients’ best interests at the forefront of the relationship.
Prior to joining WittKieffer, Jennifer held the role of senior associate consultant with a nationally recognized healthcare executive and physician search firm. She recruited for physician executive and administrative leadership roles for healthcare clients, focused primarily on C-suite and vice president searches.
