Heather Gordon, Ph.D., has a passion for pushing the boundaries of what leaders think is possible; fostering growth within themselves, their teams, and their companies.
Heather is a trusted leadership advisor and executive coach with experience aligning business and talent strategies across numerous industries. Heather specializes in leadership advisory work, CEO assessment and succession, organization diligence, executive talent assessment and coaching, and executive team development. She is highly skilled at partnering with her clients to help solve talent and organization problems with accurate, data-driven insights and human-centered, pragmatic recommendations. Her industry experience includes healthcare, biotechnology, professional services, manufacturing, industrial, retail, commercial, technology, automotive, private equity, energy and utilities, and financial services.
In her work, she guides Boards, CEOs, and leaders to make sound people decisions that drive business performance and mission achievement. Heather holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Science and a M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a B.A. from the University of Tennessee. She actively serves as an adjunct professor and guest lecturer at University of North Carolina at Charlotte and Queens University of Charlotte.
