Get in TouchA Senior Associate with WittKieffer, Charlotte Harris brings a wealth of experience in executive recruiting across healthcare, academic medicine, higher education, and the nonprofit sector. She combines a commitment to excellence in all she does with a passion for identifying exceptional leaders for organizations transforming society and enhancing the quality of life. Charlotte exhibits expertise in all phases of the search process including candidate research and sourcing, leadership assessment, due diligence, candidate presentation, and final negotiation. She takes particular interest in supporting the advancement of leaders from historically excluded backgrounds and ensuring executive recruitment processes are fair and unbiased.
Before joining WittKieffer, Charlotte served as a Senior Associate with other executive search and leadership advising firms. She led candidate development and search project execution for C-level position recruitments within healthcare, academic medicine, and the nonprofit sector for one firm. In addition to her search activities, she played a key role in refining and updating firmwide best practices as well as mentoring researchers and associates. In a prior position, Charlotte conducted executive searches and managed client and candidate relationships within the company’s education and nonprofit practices. She served as one of the firm’s representatives for the Next Leaders Fellowship program dedicated at creating opportunities for historically excluded leaders in higher education information technology. Additionally, Charlotte worked on internal projects to enhance training, employee engagement, and streamline processes, as well as improve equity across the firm. She also participated on its Gender Inclusivity Task Force and Values Committee.
In her free time, Charlotte stays active by running half and full marathons, coaching swimming, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. Charlotte recently took part in the WE Lead development program through the Cincinnati Regional Chamber. Previously, Charlotte served on the Friends of Wellesley College Athletics National Committee and sat on the inaugural Nominating Committee for the USA Swimming Board of Directors.
