She is passionate about leveraging both personnel and organizational data to tackle the most pressing leadership challenges, driving executive performance with a comprehensive approach. Carly enjoys orchestrating large-scale initiatives that require meticulous planning, strategic foresight, and seamless collaboration across various teams. Her expertise lies in navigating the complexities of project management of multi-level and long-term client engagements. Beyond project management, Carly’s experience includes leadership assessments tailored for both selection and development, and supporting strategic CEO and Executive succession planning. She holds a master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and is a 2024 WittKieffer Quality Awards winner. Committed to continuous growth, she actively seeks to expand her knowledge and skills within her field.

Prior to joining WittKieffer, Carly was an associate in the leadership advisory practice for an executive recruiting and advising firm focused on the private equity-backed software industry. Her responsibilities included administering a range of proprietary leadership advisory tools and assessment methodologies, focusing on assessments for candidate selection, to support her client’s human capital needs.

In her personal time, Carly enjoys cycling on the Peloton, cooking global cuisine, golfing with her husband, and training her dog, Hazel.
