He specializes in identifying and assessing interim executives for organizations across commercial healthcare and global life sciences, partnering with clients to address critical leadership needs during periods of transition, growth, transformation, and organizational change. Ben brings a strong background in executive search, talent acquisition, and human capital strategy, helping clients secure proven leaders who can deliver immediate impact and long-term results.
Prior to joining WittKieffer, Ben served as a Consulting Associate with BluWave, where he partnered with private equity investors, portfolio company executives, and venture capital leaders on strategic initiatives spanning interim leadership, executive recruiting, operational improvement, and value creation. He completed more than 30 projects across a range of industries, including healthcare, technology, manufacturing, financial services, and professional services, supporting clients through every stage of the investment lifecycle. His work involved extensive market research, talent mapping, stakeholder engagement, and the facilitation of successful leadership and consulting engagements.
Previously, Ben was a Senior Associate with a boutique executive search firm specializing in healthcare and private equity recruiting. In this role he managed C-suite and senior leadership searches from strategy and candidate assessment through placement, partnering closely with investors, operating partners, and executive teams to identify leaders aligned with organizational goals and culture.
Outside of work, Ben enjoys spending time with his wife, Emma, and family, exploring Nashville’s dynamic food scene, and cheering on the Nashville Predators.
