Prior to joining WittKieffer, Ben was a Territory Manager for VOCO America, a dental equipment manufacturer. Among his responsibilities, he supported dental group practices to drive optimal clinical outcomes and financial stability. Prior to that he was a Full Desk Recruiter with CyberCoders, where he specialized in recruiting healthcare administration and accounting professionals. He managed the entire recruitment lifecycle, from client engagement and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding, while working directly with healthcare executives and hiring leaders to deliver talent for interim, project-based, and permanent assignments.
Earlier in his career, Ben held recruiting roles with AC24 and developed a strong foundation in talent acquisition, client service, and relationship management. He combines a consultative approach with a commitment to connecting organizations with high-caliber leadership talent, helping clients navigate critical transition and transformational periods with confidence.
