The AVP will establish the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI, machine learning, and enablement capabilities. The role is accountable for treating data as a strategic asset, while also driving measurable clinical, operational, financial, and experiential value through the effective use of artificial intelligence. This includes ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, and delivering solutions with clear clinical relevance, ethical grounding, and return on investment.
The leader will partner closely with executive leadership, clinicians, informaticists, researchers, and operational leaders to identify high‑value use cases, evaluate internally and externally developed solutions, and oversee successful implementation at scale. The AVP will be charged with advancing use across the AI platform and supporting a unified, enterprise data ecosystem.
