Partners In Care (PIC) seeks a strategic, dynamic, and passionate leader to serve as its next Chief Executive Officer. This is a unique opportunity to lead an independent, high-quality, successful, and well-established regional home care and hospice company.
PIC has served Central Oregon for more than 45 years as the region’s leading and most trusted provider of hospice, home health, and palliative care. The organization is widely recognized as a market leader in quality and patient satisfaction and is the only CMS 5‑star hospice and 5‑star home health provider in Central Oregon, with approximately $30 million in annual revenue.
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Chief Executive Officer is responsible for the overall operational, clinical, and financial performance of the organization, including hospice, home health, palliative care, and transitional care services. The CEO ensures the delivery of high‑quality, cost‑effective care; maintains full compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards; and leads the organization toward sustainable growth. This role champions innovation and collaboration while fostering a culture grounded in accountability, clinical excellence, and patient‑centered care. The CEO plays a critical role in shaping the organization’s strategic vision and operational success while cultivating strong, trusted relationships with staff, providers, patients, families, and community partners.
The successful candidate will bring a deep understanding of hospice and home‑based care models, a strong command of regulatory and reimbursement requirements, and demonstrated strategic and financial acumen. A mission‑driven mindset and commitment to compassionate care delivery are essential. Serving as the public face of Partners In Care—both within the Central Oregon community and at the national association level—is a key component of the role. Through visible, transparent leadership, the CEO will foster a culture of engagement, quality, and continuous improvement across the organization.
