NorthBay Health, based in Fairfield, California, is seeking a strategic, innovative, and results-driven executive to serve as Senior Vice President, Chief Transformation and Integration Officer. NorthBay Health operates at nearly $1 billion in net patient revenue and includes two hospitals (a 154-bed facility in Fairfield and a 50-bed facility in Vacaville) along with five urgent care centers and numerous primary and specialty care clinics across the region.
Reporting directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer, the SVP, Chief Transformation and Integration Officer, in partnership with the EVP, Chief Operating Officer, will lead the design and implementation of a standardized operating system to optimize care delivery and improve access across NorthBay Health's organizational footprint. Leveraging the operating system, this executive will then lead the integration of new sites and services as the organization advances its ambitious growth strategy in the months and years ahead. They will establish and oversee the Project Management Office, provide leadership to guide the annual planning process, drive enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives, and implement a sustainable care delivery model to ensure accessible, efficient, and high-quality care. A critical priority will be implementing Lean methodologies or a similar management system to optimize efficiency and improve quality. Additionally, this leader will champion value-based initiatives, aligning operational improvements with financial performance to create a unified framework that delivers sustainable results.

The base salary will be in the $400,000 – $525,000 range based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, NorthBay Health offers a competitive executive compensation program, including incentive compensation, deferred compensation, and basic and supplemental benefits.
