The ideal candidate will be a seasoned home health and/or hospice leader who is mission-driven and has a track record of success leading large scale home health, hospice or related services in a complex environment while partnering with clinical leadership and supporting the greater community. The CEO will be a visible and polished professional who has a collaborative, engaging style as well as a track record of leading inclusive organizations that are responsive to the needs of diverse patient populations. High emotional intelligence, a team-oriented approach and experience leading change and delivering results in a complex healthcare environment are essential for the role. Experience in a unionized environment is preferred.
