This is an outstanding opportunity for a healthcare revenue cycle executive who enjoys partnering with clinical and operational leaders to identify and implement innovative ways to enhance patient financial services and patient access.

Reporting to the CFO, Omer Sultan, the Vice President, Revenue Cycle (VP) will provide enterprise-wide leadership and direction for revenue cycle services and departments, including planning, policy formation, budgeting, program oversight and personnel management necessary to ensure the successful accomplishment of goals and objectives. The VP will act as a resource and develop optimum professional relationships with operating leaders to instruct and share ideas and implement plans to effectively manage patient revenues and billing. Furthermore, the VP will provide ongoing support to professional staff to meet established expectations for high-quality customer service, payer relations, billing, and regulatory compliance.
The selected VP will possess a minimum of 10 years of progressive senior revenue cycle leadership experience within a large integrated health system or similarly complex organization. The chosen VP will possess strong interpersonal, communication and strategic skills to work collaboratively with peers, staff, patients, and faculty.
