Easterseals New Hampshire and Vermont has launched a national search to recruit a Chief Financial Officer, who will serve as a key strategic business partner to the CEO, senior leadership team, board and the community. Based in Manchester, NH, the CFO will assess the financial implications of new and existing opportunities, identify opportunities to increase margin and must be able to dig into the details and collaborate with others, inside and outside the organization to achieve organizational goals. Through the dedicated efforts of more than 1,600 employees, they have grown to over $130 million, serving the diverse needs of nearly 19,500 children, families, adults, seniors, and veterans each year through 17 programs across New Hampshire and Vermont.
