The health system includes three acute care hospitals: TidalHealth Atlantic, TidalHealth Nanticoke, and TidalHealth Peninsula Regional. It also features a robust provider network of more than 425 providers, along with an extensive ambulatory network and multiple joint ventures. TidalHealth offers a comprehensive range of services, including neurosurgery, cardiothoracic and cardiovascular surgery, joint replacement, emergency and trauma care, comprehensive cancer and women’s health services, wound care, and clinical trials and research as part of the Johns Hopkins Clinical Research Network. Additionally, TidalHealth is building a graduate medical education program that, within the next several years, will become the third-largest, single-site program in Maryland.

As TidalHealth undergoes further integration, this role will be pivotal in spearheading initiatives across financial and strategic dimensions. Collaborating closely with executive leadership, the SVP/CFO will contribute to the development of system-wide processes and policies aimed at enhancing continued integration efforts. The SVP/CFO will embody approachability and vision and possess strong mentoring capabilities. This leader will actively seek opportunities to support the TidalHealth team, provide significant finance expertise, while championing the organizational culture.
