Eisenhower Health is seeking a dynamic, passionate and collaborative leader to serve as its next Director of Behavioral Health.
Reporting directly to the Chief Administrative Officer, the Director, Behavioral Health will and will oversee a team of approximately 15 FTEs consisting of clinical and non-clinical staff, supervisors and managers and direct staff, leaders, and programs for the Ambulatory Division. This leader will oversee and coordinate all activities and clinical operations of the ambulatory service areas of responsibility. The Director will be responsible for establishing, achieving, and continuously monitoring the behavioral health goals and objectives of Eisenhower Health. The Director will also provide administrative leadership guidance for multiple clinical practices in partnership with medical directors, operations leadership, clinical leads and/or other physicians and frontline management. The Director will also work closely with the Medical Director and Clinic Administrators to improve clinic functions and flow, ensure quality patient outcomes, enhance the patient experience, and ensure staff and leadership training and competency.

The salary range for the role is anticipated to be between $170,000 – $220,000. The final hiring salary is commensurate with experience.
