In recognition of Pride Month 2023, WittKieffer hosted a webinar with two distinguished panelists who spoke about what “pride” means to them as well as the joys and challenges of leading as a member of the LGBTQ+ community. Hosted by WittKieffer’s Luis Bertot, the panel included:
- Ray Crossman, PhD, President, Adler University, and author of LGBTQ Leadership in Higher Education; Crossman is the first university president to publicly disclose their HIV status.
- Angelique Harris, PhD, Associate Dean, Diversity & Inclusion, Associate Professor, General Internal Medicine, Boston University School of Medicine; Dr. Harris is author/co-author of Womanist AIDS Activism in the United States: “It’s Who We Are”, Queer People of Color: Connected but Not Comfortable, and the Intersections of Race and Sexuality book series
